Pro-D Engagement Video Submission

We are collecting very short videos (ideally 30 seconds or less) with BCTF members answering one or all of the four questions below. Please record Horizontal on a phone in an area where there is no other sound. The purpose of this video is to take a positive look at Professional Development. We have other parts of the project where we are investigating needs and concerns. This is to send positivity.
