When conducting STA Meetings, please review the checklist below:

    1. Check floor for electrical cords and ensure they are taped down.
    2. Check floor for any further trip hazards (ie. purses, briefcases, etc.).
    3.  Ensure participants know the location of the closest Exit stairwell in case of emergency.
    4. Review with participants emergency evacuation procedures.
    5. Draw attention to the poster (posted in all meeting rooms) that indicates the first aid attendants’ information and review the procedure for calling for medical aid.
    6. Draw attention to the information sheet on Emergency Procedures in the building and ask participants to read.
    7. Reminder that the STA has a scent free policy and we hope members will be scent considerate today.
