Despite the tremendous benefits of communication technologies more present in our teaching and learning environments, there is increasing evidence that the use of e-mail, cell phones, text messages, instant messaging, and social networking Web sites are being used to support deliberate, repeated, and hostile behaviours intended to harm others. It’s called cyberbullying and it’s a behaviour that can spin out of control.
