Students may attend school upon returning from international travel, provided they adhere to the following requirements.

Unvaccinated and partially vaccinated children under 12 must wear a mask when in public spaces for the first 14 days after entry, including schools and daycares.

Unvaccinated and partially vaccinated youth 12 to 17 must complete the 14-day quarantine and all testing requirements for pre-entry, arrival and Day-8 tests, regardless of if they were accompanied by fully vaccinated travellers.

Unvaccinated and partially vaccinated students 18 and up must follow all testing and quarantine requirements. (See the checklist of testing and quarantine requirements

The Employer also directs employees not to question appropriateness of when a student should return to school following international travel.  If there are questions, employees are asked to please provide information to parents to review and apply to their individual situation prior to travel when possible and if there are questions that arise upon return. We recommend including administration in these discussions with parents.
