SEED 36 is a vibrant, inclusive, collaborative group of elementary and secondary teachers looking to promote place-based, outdoor, and environmental learning in Surrey. We are a Local Chapter of EEPSA, the Environmental Educators’ Provincial Specialist Association. To find out more information about Ecological Education in Surrey, come join our TEAM (Teams join code:  a0kns6u) and become a member of SEED36.

You can use your Pro D funds to join a Provincial Specialist Association. By becoming a member (only $30 annually), you are supporting outdoor education right here in Surrey! As a member of SEED36 you will have access to our growing outdoor and sustainability resources in our lending library. We publish a seasonal newsletter called Rooted which shares stories and ideas for teachers taking students outside as well as tips for school gardens and links to events with community partners.  As well, as a member of EEPSA you will receive an annual subscription to Green Team magazine full of great resources and updates on workshops and networking opportunities. To learn more, please visit the EEPSA membership page.
