As of Wednesday October 19th, I’m happy to be your newly elected TTOC and Early Career Rep in our association. As both a TTOC in our district, and in my first 5 years of teaching, I am looking forward to representing you all to the utmost of my abilities. in our association. It’s a late start, but I hope we can get the year rolling and finish strong. My intentions are twofold: I want to build TOC capacity and maximize TTOC comradery. The former will be done through as many workshops as we can get, and the latter through local union events. The year will feature events that fall into these two categories. Don’t miss out!

Are you interested in serving on the TTOC-AC team? I am looking for up to 20 members to be part of this committee. We study the working conditions and concerns of TTOC’s and advise the STA. You will be instrumental in planning and organizing workshops and socials for TTOC’s. The commitment is just ONE meeting a month. Help me make this a great year for all of us.
